Registered Physiotherapist

Nupur is a compassionate Registered Physiotherapist with over three years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in India in 2019 and began her career at a multi-specialty hospital, treating orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric conditions. Her experience includes rehabilitation following knee and hip replacements, rotator cuff injuries, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and cerebral palsy.

She then spent over two years in private practice, treating neck and back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, strains and sprains, and supporting recovery before and after surgery.

After moving to Canada, Nupur worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant in long-term care, helping individuals with arthritis, mobility limitations, and balance challenges. She later joined Gage Physio as a Resident Physiotherapist and now continues caring for patients as a Registered Physiotherapist.

Nupur combines evidence-based exercise programs, hands-on therapy, and appropriate treatment modalities to guide patients from injury management to a confident return to daily activities. Her care is tailored to each patient’s needs and goals, encouraging an active role in recovery.

Outside the clinic, Nupur enjoys nature walks, reading, and family time. She is committed to helping patients regain function, independence, and a better quality of life.
